Sodium percarbonate (Na2CO3·1.5 H2O), is an ecological washing powder and bleach, which is produced by crystalizing and granulating sodium with hydrogen peroxide. When brought in contact with warm water, it dissolves into water, sodium and active oxygen, which is an effective stain remover, bleach and disinfectant. Sodium percarbonate does not contain boron or chlorine, which are typical for bleaches and environmentally harmful. Excellent for use with soap nuts.

Instructions

Sodium percarbonate is used for bleaching white laundry and removing stains from colorful fabrics that do not release color. To act, sodium percarbonate requires a washing temerature of at least 50 °C.

• Bleaching and brightening: Measure 1 tbsp. sodium percarbonate into the drum or detergent compartment of a 5kg washing machine to improve washing power, remove stains, brighten colors and bleach white laundry. Used with soap nuts or a detergent.
• Removing persistent stains: Rub sodium percarbonate into a dampened stain and leave to act for a few minutes before washing by machine or hand. You can also add 1-3 tbsp. into water and soak clothes in it.

Caution! Harmful when inhaled or brought in contact with mucous membrane. If substance gets in eyes, contact a doctor immediately.
